HeartWing Energy Expenditure Monitor Presented at 2014 American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Conference

A poster presentation titled “Validation Of A Wireless, Multimode, Polynomial Neural Network-based Physical Activity Monitor In Children” was presented at the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) meeting May 29th, 2014 in Orlando, Fl. The HeartWing is a portable chest-worn monitor that estimates total energy expenditure and physical activity energy expenditure in free-living individuals with high accuracy and precision. The system has been validated during structured and free-living activities in children.
